What are you most grateful for?
I am most grateful for my family.
What gets you excited about life?
Adventure and travel, as well as spending time with my kids, gets me excited about life.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Remember when you were 4 or 5 years old and you always had that level of pure happiness. The best advice, was to never lose or forget that level of happiness and what it feels like.
How do you define success?
To me, success is good relationships with my children, wife, family, and close friends.
What is your proudest achievement?
Raising my four kids to what they are today.
What life lesson did you learn the hard way?
Pay attention to the after-tax number; the before-tax number is irrelevant.
What was the best book you’ve read and why?
“Unbroken” by Laura Hillenbrand – this book is a true life illustration of how strong one man can be. It also reminds me of how good my life is and allows me to remember what others sacrificed for my freedom.

Jim Bray, CFP® joined Integrated Wealth Management in February 2015 as Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor. Jim’s practice focuses on helping individuals and families nearing and in retirement, as well as assisting professionals in the surf industry. With his direct and focused style, Jim takes the time to understand his clients’ unique situations, their financial goals, and ultimately what their ‘end’ plan is. Jim’s career in financial services began in 2004 at Morgan Stanley. Most recently, Jim was Senior Vice President-Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from UC Santa Cruz. He has traveled through Asia, Africa, South America Central America, Australia and the Caribbean and speaks Spanish. Jim spends his time with his wife Nicole and four children Malia, Maddox, Makai and Nixon. Their family is extremely active and loves the ocean.
