Heather J. Santana, a SUNY Stony Brook graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, was the first employee hired at AMA Investment Advisers, a precursor to Physicians’ Asset Management and Integrated Wealth Management  in 1991. After serving as Director of Client Services at Integrated Wealth Management, Heather was promoted in 2009 to the newly-created position of Vice President of Operations. She is a certified Paralegal and a certified Paraplanner™ and is also a Notary Public.

As Vice President of Operations, Heather is responsible for compliance, account reconciliations, client service, 401(k) loans and withdrawals, life insurance and annuities processing, proxy management, accounts receivables processing and employee benefits, and maintains the firm’s financial programs.
