Calista Vassios joined Integrated Wealth Management in August 2009 as Client Services Associate after two years in the same capacity at UBS Financial Services, working with Reesa Manning and Mark Hayek. She was promoted to the newly-created position of Communications Coordinator in July 2010. She received an Associate in Arts degree in Early Childhood Education at College of the Desert in 2006 and studied business, accounting, art and liberal arts there through 2010. She is a board advisor for Science, Math and Robotic Technology (SMaRT) Education; has been a legislative ambassador for the American Cancer Society since 2008, and is a judge for FIRST® LEGO® League tournaments.

As Communications Coordinator, Calista monitors, facilitates and coordinates outside vendors’ execution of Integrated Wealth Management advisors/staff requests for communication elements relating to the firm’s website and printed materials, including graphics and copy development; obtains approval on all elements from management and compliance; acts as liaison between the firm’s advisors/staff and outside vendors; and serves as the firm’s internal graphic designer.
